Min. Degree: Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
Monitor energy consumption and
readings for various facilities.
Receive and evaluate school
management complaints and / or request for property maintenance to determine
whether the request is genuine, whether maintenance is required to maintain the
property in the appropriate condition.
Operate and maintain the
Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system
Conduct routine inspections of
sites to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Manage and maintain various
facility-related documents and records.
Ensure compliance with Service
Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Manage &maintain Student
Support Unit SP to ensure their services are meeting SLAs and KPIs
Conducting routine inspections to
the student unit support services such as, Transportation, Catering, Etc to
ensure compliance to SLA.
Maintain awareness of day-to-day
operations related to facility management, including responding to emergency
situations, monitoring contractor performance, and overseeing equipment
Collaborate with other departments
within the organization to ensure that facility needs are met, and operations
Assist in the development and
management of the facility management budget, ensuring that expenses are
tracked and managed appropriately.
Prepare reports and presentations
on facility management activities.
Act as a liaison between the
Facility Management team and other departments within the organization,
ensuring that communication flows smoothly and information is shared
Performs other duties as instructed by the FM Campus
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering,
Facility Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in
facility management or a related field
Strong knowledge of facility
management principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
and CAFM systems
Strong communication and
Ability to work independently and as part of a
