Purpose:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the client base and enhancing market presence. The primary goal is to develop and implement strategies that increase revenue, improve market positioning, and ensure long-term client satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with operations teams to create tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit out and facility management sectors.    
  •  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.      
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.   
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.    
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.      
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.        
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the fit out or facility management industries.        
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.        
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.        
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.       
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.        
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
