Min. Degree: Technical degree or equivalent and with Facility Management experience
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with the
Client’s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of
concern
Responsible for meeting arrangements, and monitoring, developing, and maintaining computer networks within an organization
Assist the FM Manager in the daily operations of MEP, CIVIL, Cleaning, and sub-contractors.
Coordinate Preventive and Reactive Maintenance schedules and activities for all disciplines.
Assist the FM Manager in monitoring staff performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs Follow up with subcontractors for routine and planned activities.
To assist the FM Manager in the day to day running of a facilities management
To assist the FM Manager in the coordination of a multicultural workforce across the contract including MEP, Cleaning, and Security personnel
To assist the FM Manager in ensuring the service levels are met
To liaise with the Client on all matters Updating the customer callouts daily basis in CAFM under the directions of the FM Manager
To assist the FM Manager in managing the security access-control database in conjunction with the security contractor Coordinate with the site supervisor and engineer about customer complaints and take the action to sort out the issue all under the directions of the FM Manager.
To assist the FM Manager in maintaining and updating administrative policies and processes.
To assist the FM Manager in setting up, maintaining, and organizing the department's central files, information, filing, and messages.
Prepare the work completion reports for all the Client work orders under the directions of the FM Manager
To assist the FM Manager in coordinating all facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
Follow up Client work orders under the directions of the FM Manager.
Coordinate with sub-contractors about the fire fitting and fire alarm rectification works under the directions of the FM Manager Coordinate with the site supervisor for briefing every day about onsite safety work for technicians under the directions of the FM Manager
Complete periodical reports include quotation works on the progress of work for record purposes under the directions of the FM Manager.
Work closely with the FM Manager and under its directions to develop and monitor operating and capital budgets, establish and update Facility Management Plan, Assist the FM Manager in the planning and budgeting for the repair and remodeling of all buildings.
Assist the Fm Manager in ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assist the FM manager to create and Monitor the KPI (Key performance indicator) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) of the contractor.
Assist the FM manager to adjust the KPI and SLA on what is required to the Client site and what is the best benefit for it.
Perform other duties
as assigned by the line manager/supervisor
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
Civil and Fit-out project experience is a must
Should hold a technical
degree or equivalent
At least 8 (eight) years of
experience in the same role
Experience in Facility Management is a must.
Should possess working
knowledge of the FM industry
Must possess excellent
technical/business writing
Should be competent
in MS Excel
Excellent communication
skills in English and Arabic
Able to work
autonomously and react quickly in high pressured situations
Preferably with job experience in Facility Management for schools/campuses
