Purpose:

The Supervision Mechanical Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems, installations, and components meet the standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This role involves overseeing inspections, managing compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and coordinating with project teams to maintain rigorous quality control throughout all phases of construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of mechanical installations, systems, and components to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Review and interpret mechanical plans  and specifications to guarantee adherence to required standards.
• Document inspection results meticulously, generating comprehensive reports, and effectively communicating findings to project managers, resident engineer, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams, contractors, and design consultant to address any issues or non-compliances discovered during inspections.
• Monitor on-site mechanical work progress, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and maintaining quality standards throughout.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection, preferably in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
